What people ask us before we start
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Most of our clients have between 2 and 40 people. We adapt the solution to the real size of the business, not the other way round.
How long does a quote take?
Usually less than 48 working hours after our first conversation. If we need to visit your office, we arrange it the same week.
Do you provide maintenance after installation?
Yes, with monthly contracts or blocks of hours. We offer remote support and travel to every parish.
Can I order only the merchandise?
Of course. Each service can be hired on its own. If you already have a logo, we prepare it for each product and send you a sample before production.
Is there a minimum merchandise order?
It depends on the product. Pens start at 50 units and mugs at 24. Your quote shows the unit price for each quantity band.
Does my company data stay in Andorra?
If you prefer, yes. We propose local servers or providers that comply with Andorra's Qualified Law 29/2021 on personal data protection.
Do you work with Windows, macOS and Linux?
Yes. We set up and support all three, as well as printers, networks and mobile devices.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. For larger projects we split payment into stages agreed in the quote.
