This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Qualified Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection of the Principality of Andorra.

What data we process
The data you send through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, service of interest and the content of your message. Also the data you provide if you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare the quote you request and, if you hire us, manage the business relationship. We do not build profiles or send advertising without your consent.
Legal basis
The consent you give when sending the form and, where there is a contract, the performance of the precontractual and contractual measures you request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of 12 months. If there is a business relationship, for as long as it lasts and for the periods required by Andorran tax and commercial law.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties. It may be processed, only on our behalf, by the website hosting provider and the email delivery service. If any of these providers is outside Andorra, we make sure it offers adequate safeguards under Law 29/2021.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to albert@edesandorra.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections, restricted access and backups.
