What it is
EDES Video Publisher (EDES Publicador de Vídeos) is an internal application of EDES, SLU, a technology company based in Andorra. It uploads the videos produced by the EDES team itself, with their title, description and thumbnail, to the YouTube channels of the company and its brands.
It has no external users: it is used only by EDES staff with the company's Google accounts. It is not sold, not offered to third parties and cannot be installed or subscribed to.
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using it, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies.

Google data we use
The application requests a single permission from Google: uploading videos to YouTube (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload). It uses it only to publish the company's videos on the company's channels.
It also reads public data about YouTube channels and videos through the API, to check that videos have been published correctly.
What we do not do
We do not access private data of other people or other channels. We do not store personal data of YouTube users, build profiles, show advertising, or sell or share any data with third parties.
The application runs on our server: it does not set cookies or store any information on anyone's device.
How we store access
When a company account authorizes the application, Google issues an access token. We store it encrypted on our server, with restricted access, and use it only to upload the company's videos.
We keep it for as long as the application remains authorized. If the permission is revoked or the application is no longer used, we delete it.
How to revoke access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability recognised by Andorran Law 29/2021 of 28 October on the protection of personal data by writing to albert@edesandorra.com.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
Changes
If we change the way the application uses data, we will update this page and the date above.
Terms of use
Who may use it
Only authorized EDES, SLU staff, with the company's Google accounts and on the YouTube channels of the company and its brands. It is not offered to the public.
YouTube and Google terms
Anyone using the application agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), and undertakes to comply with them, as well as with the YouTube Community Guidelines.
Published content
Only videos produced by EDES or to which it holds the rights are published. EDES is responsible for the content it uploads to its channels.
Availability
This is an internal tool provided as is, with no guarantee of availability. EDES may change it or stop using it at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Andorra.
